Local knowledge
Every fact on this site is specific to Inverness, the Highlands, and the SSEN North grid.
What does Solar Panels Inverness do?
We are a renewable energy consultancy that helps Inverness homeowners choose the right system, and connect with our MCS-certified installation partner.
We are a renewable energy consultancy. We do not install solar panels, batteries, or heat pumps ourselves. We do not hold MCS, TrustMark, or Gas Safe registrations — those belong to our installation partner.
Our role is to guide you through the process: helping you understand what a realistic system looks like for your property, whether you are in Inverness city (IV1–IV3) or rural Highland (IV4+), and what to expect at each stage.
When you are ready to proceed, we introduce you to our installation partner. They carry out the technical survey, provide the formal quote, handle the SSEN grid application, and complete the installation. Your contract is with them.
