Every system installed by our partner comes with manufacturer warranties on each component, plus an insurance-backed guarantee that protects you even if the installing company were to cease trading.
Every system installed by our partner in Inverness comes with a thirty-year panel performance warranty, ten-year battery warranty, ten-year inverter warranty, and an insurance-backed guarantee through the Independent Warranty Association that protects you even if the installing company were to cease trading.

What happens if the installer stops trading?
Every installation includes an IWA insurance-backed guarantee, so your warranty is protected even if the installing company were to cease trading.

What does it cover?
If the installing company ceases trading during the warranty period, the insurance backs the guarantee so your system remains covered. This is an additional layer beyond the manufacturer warranties.
Your protection is independent
The insurance-backed guarantee is underwritten independently and does not depend on the continued trading of the installer.
Who provides the warranty?
All warranties and guarantees are provided by our installation partner, Home Heating Services (Scotland) Ltd, and the respective manufacturers. Solar Panels Inverness is an advisory service and does not itself provide installation warranties.
MCS certification, TrustMark registration, and Gas Safe registration are held by Home Heating Services (Scotland) Ltd. These accreditations require ongoing compliance with consumer protection standards.
